Any notice of freeze or cancellation must be sent directly to your home club. You can find contact information on your club's website.

My home club has closed only weeks after I joined.

I want to CANCEL my membership because the closest club is multiple miles away.

Please I do not want my card to be charged as I cannot afford to pay for multiple gyms.

Did you ever get an answer? I think this may be happening to me as well. Thanks in advance.

I am very sorry, but this is what happened.
The gym I have been going to with my 30 day trial is near my home in tinton falls. I tried to sign up for the tinton falls gym but it was no longer accepting memberships. Thinking this was a temporary problem I signed up for Aberdeen gym and was going to use the card here at my local tinton falls gym. Little did I know today when I went to the gym that is was closing. The entire gym is empty of all equipment.
I am sorry but I will be cancelling my membership effective immediately. I will also be trying to recover the $50 dollars enrollment fees that I paid, but have little hope as I was four days instead of three emailing the corporate membership services to ask about my local gym and send cancellation notice. If there is anything you can do to assist me in cancelling my membership or even recovering my lost monies that would be extremely helpful, but I will not be travelling to Aberdeen because it is too far. I will be sending another email to membership services to cancel immediately.
Sorry things did not work out.
I received my membership card in the mail today, but my local gym is closed and empty of all equipment. I have not heard back from member services yet.

The website makes finding ANY information on cancellations very difficult.  As someone who has been looking now for an hour for an online cancellation option, I feel that Snap needs to address this.
