Any notice of freeze or cancellation must be sent directly to your home club. You can find contact information on your club's website.
My home club has closed only weeks after I joined.
I want to CANCEL my membership because the closest club is multiple miles away.
Please I do not want my card to be charged as I cannot afford to pay for multiple gyms.
Did you ever get an answer? I think this may be happening to me as well. Thanks in advance.
The website makes finding ANY information on cancellations very difficult. As someone who has been looking now for an hour for an online cancellation option, I feel that Snap needs to address this.
